“As the co-owner of BulletpROOF Exteriors, I’ve dedicated the last 15 years to the roofing industry and 25 years to the construction field. This journey has been incredibly fulfilling, and I truly believe in the importance of changing the stigma that often surrounds our industry. When I started this company in 2018 with my loving wife, Megan, I poured everything I had into making our vision a reality.
“Every sleepless night and ounce of hard work has been worth it as I watch BulletpROOF grow and thrive. I’m immensely proud of my team; each member plays a vital role in our success, and their dedication inspires me daily. My goal has always been to create a company that stands for integrity, quality, and outstanding customer service. With 18 years in the construction industry, Megan uses her organizational skills to oversee processes and handle billing, ensuring exceptional service.
“As co-owner of BulletpROOF Exteriors, I’m proud to be part of a company my husband and I founded in 2018. Our journey began in 2017 when we met, and his admiration for my strong work ethic, combined with his own dedication, inspired us to take the leap into entrepreneurship. Our mission was clear: to transform the roofing industry by offering exceptional service and changing the negative reputation that often surrounds it.
“For several years, I balanced my role at BulletpROOF while working full-time as a project manager at CSSI Group, Inc. My evenings were spent handling behind-the-scenes work for BulletpROOF, while Bruce and our team focused on building our reputation in the roofing world.
“By 2022, I knew it was time to fully commit to our dream. I transitioned to part-time at my previous job, and in early 2024, I took the plunge and dedicated myself entirely to BulletpROOF. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
“At BulletpROOF, we treat our customers like family, and I’m incredibly proud of the reputation we’ve built for top-notch service and quality installation. Seeing our clients’ satisfaction is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
“When I’m not working, I love spending weekends at the river, soaking in nature and unwinding with my family. I’m also a huge animal lover, and I cherish the time I get to spend with our pets. My husband Bruce and I are proud parents to three wonderful kids, and family time is always a priority for us. We enjoy creating memories together, whether it’s at the river, on a road trip, or simply at home.

Amanda manages initial appointment scheduling, supports the sales team and ensures everything runs efficiently and on time. She also registers your warranty with care.
“As the Scheduling Manager at BulletpROOF Exteriors, I’ve been a part of this incredible team for the past three years, and I’m proud to play a key role in our behind-the-scenes success. My days are filled with everything from picking up materials for job sites to registering warranties, and I love being able to lend a hand wherever I’m needed. Bringing expertise and enthusiasm to every client interaction, Cody ensures personalized service and clear guidance throughout the process.
“As an Exterior Consultant, I’m excited to share my journey with BulletpROOF Exteriors, where I’ve had the pleasure of serving as the Sales Manager for the past five years. My story with BulletpROOF began when I needed a roof for my own property. At the time, I was working for a company that offered a rebate on roofing materials if I used a “MASTER ELITE” GAF ROOFER. So, I reached out to Bruce for an estimate, and I was immediately struck by his dedication.
“Bruce was the only roofer who showed up the same day I called, taking the time to climb onto my roof and conduct a thorough inspection. His extensive knowledge was evident as he identified the current shingles on my house and even shared a fascinating history lesson about them. The detailed line-item estimate he provided not only reflected a fair price but also broke down each component and explained the installation process.

Outside of work, I’m a proud stepmom to three amazing kids and a fur mom to three spoiled pets. When I’m not spending time with family and friends, you’ll probably find me coloring, cracking jokes, or just trying to make someone’s day a little brighter.”

Nick sets the tone for quality on every job site. He handles setup, documents progress, and ensures each project meets our BulletpROOF standards before we call it complete.
“As a Field Quality Supervisor, joining BulletpROOF Exteriors at the beginning of the year has been a great step in my career. With years of hands-on experience in the construction industry since I was 16, I’ve developed a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver quality results.
